DELIVERY

We'll rush your Models Own make-up to you as soon as we can — we know you’ll be dying to get your hands on it!

Please see the relevant section below for the postage rates, delivery times and all other information for your location.

For freight and wholesale orders please contact us directly. We reserve the right to re-quote delivery charges for orders that are very large.

UK ORDERS

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Please create an account on the Models Own website before beginning your order as this will allow you to track your delivery online.

Order 5 or more nail polishes or any nail polish box set to get FREE UK delivery.

All UK shipping times are estimates and are in business days. Orders made on weekends or UK bank holidays will be delayed by 1-2 extra days and your order will be shipped on the next available business day.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an automatic shipping email with further details. Registered customers can monitor the status of their order in the My Account section of this website.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped via FedEx. Please create an account on the Models Own website before beginning your order as this will allow you to track your delivery, both online and via FedEx.

Please refer to the table below to find the shipping rates for your country and estimated delivery times. Please note that all shipping rates are in British Pounds (£).

International orders are supplied with a tracking number which will allow you to track your package on the FedEx website.

All shipping times are estimates and are in business days. Please check with FedEx directly using your supplied tracking number for specific delivery information. Orders made on weekends or UK bank holidays will be delayed by 1-2 extra days and your order will be shipped on the next available business day.

If your country is not in the table above then we regret that we are currently unable to ship to your location. There is no alternative shipping option to FedEx. Please refer to our stockists area for a list of alternative suppliers of Models Own products.

RETURNS

We think you’ll love your Models Own. But if for some reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returned items providing they’re still in the complete original packaging and returned to us within 7 days of receipt. We can provide a refund although it will be less delivery costs.

If the item is faulty or the delivery incorrect, we’ll refund any return postage costs.

Please email us at help@modelsownit.com before returning your items so we are aware of the return and can provide an alternative solution if available.

Please return your product (enclosing a note with details of any faults and/or damage where applicable) in its original condition and packaging, and send to:

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us and we therefore strongly recommend you send them by registered post and retain proof of postage, as you’ll need this to make a claim from the Royal Mail in case your package gets lost.
